Why Join the Eastern Kentucky Military Historical Society?

Kentucky’s citizens have a rich military history.   They have served their state and nation in the active forces, reserves, and National Guard.  Kentucky Reserve and National Guard units have been called to duty for every major military conflict from the American Revolutionary War (as part of Virginia forces) to the current conflicts in the Middle East.
